The LaTEQS team benefits from local nanofabrication facilities.
Two engineers of the team (Jean-Luc Thomassin and Frédéric Gustavo), are very much involved in the
PTA which is partially located in the same building that la laboratory.
The PTA is equipped with a 100kV ebeam writers, many deposition, optical and laser lithography and etching tools. The use of all the equipment’s is available for non-permanents after some training.
Through Grenoble collaborations, we also have access to the
NanoFab clean room at the CNRS/INEEL and to the large scale facility at the LETI.
